How to Order

How to Order

There are several ways to find the product you want from our stock :

Search Our Store

You can use this facility to search by product name eg. hammock or air chair by entering your key word in our search box and clicking your mouse on the "Search Our Store" button.

If you select this option you will be able to view our product range which we have categorised into easy to follow groups. You can choose to browse by category by clicking on the range you wish to see and our shopping cart software will do the rest!

To Order

Once you have selected the pet product you wish to buy by clicking on the "Add to Your Basket" button you will be shown the contents of your online shopping basket. Here you may adjust quantities and choose your delivery destination.

Proceed to the Check Out

When you select "Proceed to the Check Out" you will be asked to register your name and email address with a password. This will allow our shopping cart software to remember your delivery details for future visits. You may then key in your billing address (note that this must match your credit or debit card billing address) and your delivery address. Your address details can be edited if they have changed since you last placed an order with us.

Delivery

Product will normally be dispatched next working day. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you via e-mail either offering an alternative product/colour or a revised shipping date.

Day 1	We receive your order and prepare it for processing. An order is considered placed when on the working day it is received at our office.
Day 2	Your order is dispatched. All orders for mainland UK (except Scottish Highlands) are sent next day delivery. For details for all other areas please contact us before placing your order.
Day 3	The order is delivered to your chosen address. To ensure delivery is completed please make sure you give us instructions of what to do in case you are out when your order is delivered.

Carriage

All single orders are subject to a £8.95 carriage charge.

All orders to UK islands (i.e. Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, and Scottish Islands) and Northern Ireland are subject to a further surcharge of £5.00.

We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

The software we use to operate the shopping cart is installed on a secure server, which means that your card details will be encrypted when they are sent to us. This will stop anyone else being able to read them. Once we have received your order we will remove your card details from our server.

Credit & Debit card payments are taken on the day the order is processed.

Paying by Cheque

Please make cheques payable to Torcraft Ltd, and write your order number, name, address and card details on the reverse of the cheque and allow extra time for delivery. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST.

Once we receive your payment, we will advise you via email, and via our website that the transaction has gone through.
